1 General Terms & Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ojpk platform and its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement. By using our website or application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all of these Terms.

- "Platform" — The online gaming website owned and operated by ojpk and all associated services.
- "User" or "Player" — Any individual who holds a registered account on the ojpk platform.
- "Account" — The personal gaming account of each registered player.
- "Bonus Funds" — Additional balance granted under promotional offers that cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.
- "Real Money Balance" — Withdrawable balance earned from direct deposits or legitimate winnings.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and participate in games on the ojpk platform. This service is available only to individuals aged 21 and above. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Creation Conditions
- Each individual may create only one account.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- ojpk may request additional documents at any time for identity verification.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
- Account login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone else.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ojpk currently supports the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
- Minimum Deposit: ৳100 for each method.
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
3.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites
Before submitting a withdrawal request, all wagering requirements on any active bonus balance in your account must be completed. Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
3.4 Transaction Accuracy
If an incorrect mobile number or details are provided for a deposit or withdrawal, the affected player bears responsibility for any resulting loss. ojpk is not liable for any technical errors on the part of the mobile banking provider.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period — any unused bonus expires automatically at the end of that period.
- ojpk reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity related to the bonus.
- The same individual or members of the same household may not claim the welcome bonus through multiple accounts.
- Special promotional offers may have their own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the offer page.
5 Betting Rules
5.1 General Betting Policy
All bets placed on the ojpk platform are considered final once confirmed. If a bet is not properly registered due to a technical error or network issue, it will not be considered valid.
5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting
Sports betting markets are generally opened before a specified event begins, and live betting is available while the event is in progress. All odds may change in real time. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is confirmed will be used.
- If an event is cancelled or only partially completed, the staked amount will be refunded.
- The official announcement by the relevant sports authority is final in determining results.
- The maximum betting limit for an event will be set by ojpk and is subject to change.
5.3 Casino & Slot Games
In all casino games and slots, each round or spin is independent and does not depend on previous results. RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used to ensure fair outcomes in games.
6 Fair Play & Security Policy
ojpk operates as a safe and reliable platform. We use SSL encryption technology to keep all financial and personal information secure. Our games are regularly audited by third parties to ensure fair play.
6.1 Anti-Cheating Policy
- The use of bots, auto-clickers, or any automated software is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to exploit loopholes or technical vulnerabilities in games will result in account termination.
- Coordinating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (collusion) is prohibited.
6.2 Data Security

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ojpk platform:
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
- Operating an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
- Accessing another person's account or transferring an account.
- Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against the platform.
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive behavior toward other players.
- Allowing minors to access gaming services.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by ojpk
ojpk may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player
Any player may request closure of their account by emailing [email protected]. The available real money balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any bonus balance will be cancelled.
8.3 Inactive Account Policy
An account may be marked as "inactive" if there is no login for an extended period. A separate policy may apply to balances held in inactive accounts — contact our support team for details.
9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Self-Exclusion Feature

11.1 Right to Suspend Services
ojpk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue any game, service, or feature. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or emergency situations.
11.2 Limitation of Liability
ojpk's liability is limited in cases where loss occurs due to technical errors, network issues, or third-party causes. We always strive to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
